Mubasher: Oman Chlorine’s board invited shareholders to attend the extraordinary general meeting on 18 October to discuss renewing the company’s OMR 12 million authorized capital, according to a bourse filing.
The company’s capital amounts to JOD 6.5 million, distributed on 65 million shares.
